Customer Care Help offers doorstep home appliance repair services in Bangalore, including:

Our technicians are trained professionals who aim to provide high-quality repairs at your home.

3. Booking and Service Charges

  • To book a service, customers provide their name, contact number, service address, and details about the appliance.

  • We charge a flat ₹299 inspection and visiting fee, payable only after you give consent at the time of service.

  • Additional repair charges will be communicated and must be approved by the customer before any repair work begins.

  • Payment for repairs is collected in person after completion of the service.

4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Upon booking, we will contact you to schedule a technician visit at a mutually convenient time.

  • Customers should provide accurate information and be available at the agreed time.

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule may result in the inspection fee being charged.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a warranty on repairs as per the nature of the service performed. Warranty terms will be communicated after service completion.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Customer Care Help and CURIS PHARMA are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the repaired appliance.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service performed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the appliance and issue.

  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for the technician.

  • Follow any usage or maintenance guidelines provided after service to maintain appliance health.

7. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described there.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by CURIS PHARMA. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
